2). PLANETARY POSITIONS FOR RITUAL.
Avebury
Summer Solstice 2005
Looking at
the astrological positions,
the planetary language
for the ritual,
was an emphasis
of the feminine
influence of the
planets. The Sun
was just touching
on the sign
Cancer associated with
the Moon, it’s
ruling planet and
female qualities of
protection, nurturing, motherhood,
sensitivity and mother
Earth herself.
We were
here in the
centre of Avebury
with a full
moon and this
strong earth energy
centre probably the
largest circle in
the world. It could
exuberate energy. Avebury
is strongly connected
with the moon
and Venus both
feminine, and Venus connects
with love beauty
gentleness and femininity.
The moon connects
with feminine cycles,
ebbing and flowing
of tides, moods,
emotions , fertility and
creativity .Our ritual, was
governed by the
sign Cancer we
had just entered
and the full
moon, not only
that, there were
three other prominent
planets placed in
the feminine sign
of Cancer including
Mercury, Venus and
Saturn, all in
the twelfth house
of past lives
and hidden subconscious.
The Venus
in Cancer position was
radiating an extremely
sensitive, feminine vibration.
Beauty, love, compassion
and protective energies
were being channeled
and transferred into
the vortices. Kindness
corresponding to the
sign Pisces of
which Venus is
exalted and at it’s strongest
potential. This was
accentuated because it
was in the
twelfth house and
has to do
with emotional deep
seated patterns, unconscious
desires, past life
memories from past
experiences. The twelfth
house powered psychic
ability and helped with
strong visual manifestation
ability. It was
karma related.
Venus in
the twelfth house
was conjunct Mercury
and Saturn, this
was essential to
our ritual as
it created beauty,
balance and harmony.
The mind turned
towards love. Combined with
the Venus conjunct
Saturn and all
three of these
planets working in
harmony together made
conditions very positive.
Saturn, gave form
and structure also
practical expression to
the love tendencies
of Venus.
Saturn rules
time as well
as space. The
tendency toward harmony
and balance constitutes
the mental side
of Venus which
when combined with
Saturn and Mercury
provided insight into
the harmonious workings
of the laws
of nature., related
to the sign
Libra ruled by
Venus and which
Saturn is exalted.
This meant a
strong sense of
justice, fairness balance
and loyalty to
our cause. An
absolutely excellent placement
of planets, conditions
could not have
been better.
Saturn, in
the twelfth house
indicated the importance
and responsibility for
us to do
this ritual. A
lot was going
on behind the
scenes, in other
dimensions, we were
channels for something
important to take
place.
The moon
was sextile to
Neptune again, an
extremely positive aspect
for psychic potential
and powers of
the mind. This
aspect expands the
imagination into the
realms of the
transcendental. An unconscious
storing of knowledge
from the distant
past enabled us
to bring unusual
information to light.
There was empathy
with other people
also.
The moon was also conjunct Pluto which was very intense. Strong feelings combined with psychic ability and a leaning toward a subtle emotional domination of the surroundings. Psychic phenomenon , was very likely to occur in our surroundings. How appropriate that we were in a stone circle of energy and using this energy to send and manifest thoughts of healing to Earth.
The energy was also open to super physical realms of manifestation and in a very positive way. Spirits and ancestors from the past were truly beside us, discarnate but there strongly in spirit.
Also Pluto
is responsible for
elimination, death and
rebirth. Changes, and
we used this
energy to try
and bring about
changes on Earth.
Combined with the
Moon, being trine
to the node
gave emphasis on
harmony and a blending of
our feelings towards
a greater cause.
To the coming
New Age and
the coming new
thoughts of change
entering our planet.
The Moon
trine the MC
gave even greater
power to this
and ensured constructive
results. It grounded
it into this
dimension. Also the
Asc was trine
to Mars giving
energy and willpower
combined with decisive
action with others
to ensure success.
The placement of Jupiter was also important. Jupiter was placed in Libra again ruled by Venus and combined with a strong vibration of justice and moral principles. It also gave a positive energy of co-operation with others, all people taking part in the ritual, because of being placed in the third house it emphasized good relationships and rapport with others this was vitally important to raise high energy toward a higher cause. One of manifesting thoughts of love, freedom and a change of attitude to awaken on this planet.
The Moon
and Pluto, were
both in Sagittarius
in the fifth
house giving energy
of idealistic high
goals and thoughts.
The sign Pluto
in Sagittarius entered
around the year
2000 marking the
first stirrings of
a period of
spiritual regeneration and
the beginning of
the Aquarian Age.
Meaning deeper spiritual
values among people.
A transformation of
religions, and based
more on our
direct communion with
the universe which
is what we
should all be
striding towards. A
more personal connection
with the cosmos
and because of
Aquarius, an understanding
in scientific terms
of the underlying
forces of life,
nature and the
universe. It’s time to
re-connect with the
higher frequencies of
vibration where only
love peace and
harmony exist. The development
of the soul,
is achieved through
compassion, peace, love
and feeling content
in your own
inner world, being one with
all that is. The
language of the
universe, and the
movements of the
planets can help
to re-connect us
through understanding ourselves
and our connection
with the source
which is light
which is love.
Pluto placed
in the fifth
house, also gave
strong creative powers,
from higher levels
of consciousness. It
was trine to
the node which
gives a high
level of expression
and to influence
thought. Uranus in
Pisces in the fifth
house brings mysticism,
strong intuitive qualities
and the eighth
house has to
do with mysteries
beyond the physical
dimension. Uranus is
exalted in the
eighth house which
powers up anything
telepathic psychic or connections with
other dimensions . It
also adds a
quality of being
grounded energy giving
a scientific inner insight into
the workings of
nature and the
universe.
Both Mars
and the MC
and the moons
nodes were all
placed in Aries
in the ninth
house. Mars was
placed in it’s
most powerful position
and it’s natural
ruling sign giving
enormous strength and
power . It gave
intense directive energy
and force. Even
the aspect of
the Sun square
to Mars gave
the vibration of
force and energy
which for the
ritual was great. Because the
ninth house position
was good for
inspiration and action
it also affected
ethical attitudes, It
fuelled our thoughts
and words in
the ritual for
better conditions for
the Earth, mankind
and all life forms
on Earth. The
moon’s node directed
our wills.
We understood
our own power
and ability. Neptune
was also sextile
to the Moon’s
node bringing harmonious
energies which enhanced
our surroundings. We
had the right
energy The MC
enhanced this, as
it was also
conjunct the Moon’s
node. This meant
right place, right
time, good fortune.
Right ingredients. Mercury
square to the
node showed us
that what we
want, is different
to the normal
accepted social pattern.
Mercury square the
MC, AGAIN SHOWED
THAT WE WANT
SOMETHING DIFFERENT FROM
THIS PRESENT SYSTEM.
We have
to propel out our desires
and wills and
ground them into
this physical reality
WE HAVE
TO CHANGE THE
EXISTING ENERGY
FIELD AND
THE RESULTING ESTABLISHMENT
Venus was
square to the
node, which again
showed a non-
conformist attitude to
prevailing social attitudes,
which can meet
with a head
on collision from
the old systems,
and attitudes.
The old systems however are out - dated and new times are coming. They resonate ignorance and fear, are disharmonious ,boring and flat. The Universe is on our side It is written in the stars . We are here to sing our own song. And so is Earth.
